Live mindfully. Enjoy the happy moments. Smile in them. Lean back and rest in them. Think not of the next moment but only of the one you are currently in. When you are always on the go like I am, it’s hard at times to remember to live in each moment. Life and living it will escape us if we do not take time to mindfully live. I mean purposefully, deliberately without reservations, mindfully live life.
It is very hard for me at times to remember to live mindfully. To be in the moment, to feel it, touch it, taste it, breathe it, carefully taking time to really see it, to really hear it. I’m so wired to think about the what next. I’ve missed many “in moments.”
Mindful living is essential to having a fulfilled life. We often chase after tomorrow not appreciating this moment, the current moment we are in. The “in moments.” I don’t always get it right…, living mindfully…. Finding peace in the moment, good or bad. Allowing myself to experience the moment in full. Though I know better. I know I should, I must live fully. I must live an intentionally mindful life. …. it still doesn’t always happen…. but in the moments I do, in those moments of mindful experiences, I feel so much better. I feel more in control, more appreciative, more accepting of what is taking place as it is happening. We all must remember, “this moment.”
The “in moment” is so much more important than we make it out to be at times. When in actuality it’s the only one we are sure to have. Live! Live Life Fully! Live Mindfully!
